In the Foreground Reading section, we publish today the video of the Total Defence In The UK draft proposal we have been working on directly since summer 2026, but indirectly since 2017 and the International Criminal Justice MA which Secrecy One Ltd’s CEO/Founder Mil Williams graduated from that year.
The dissertation from this MA can be found online here: https://niokvinnor.com/2529/sin
Further early work relating to Total Defence doctrines and citizen resilience projects can be found here: https://niokvinnor.com/2529/one
What follows below is the Total Defence In The UK video of the refreshed implementation slide-deck, developed this year 2026, on the back of two events:
Head of SIS Blaise Metreweli’s London 2025 speech on the grey areas arising between human agency and peace & war. More on this here: https://i-ve.work/cloakdom
Mil Williams’ own experience on being encouraged to submit a PhD proposal to the Swedish Defence University in early January 2026. Although it didn’t prosper, the research carried out in order to be able to submit in the first place greatly deepened his knowledge of the already effective Total Defence and citizen resilience doctrines developed by Swedish thinkers, planners, and military personnel over the years.
